Our Story
Our facility was carefully curated with artists in mind. Our goal was to create a unique (and pink), welcoming, and motivating environment for our students. Our facility and equipment makes it easy and enjoyable for artists to learn and perform their best. We are proud to provide a beautiful, clean, and safe space for our all of our artists and clients.
Couture Brows is founded by skilled trainers who were artists that put in the hours and the work to perfect their craft, long before they were trainers. Our longevity in permanent makeup puts us at the forefront of our industry with a network of four established locations spanning Salt Lake City, Boise, and Las Vegas.
Our programs have delivered confident artists and results. Time and time again our courses have proven to be worthwhile and exceed expectations. We've dedicated countless hours to fine tuning our classes to provide our students with the most up to date information and products. We continue to elevate with the beauty industry.
We offer continuous support and free refresher courses for our students after completing their training. In addition we provide the use of our facility to our students so they can start taking clients immediately upon being certified. This allows our students to continue the momentum and begin recuperating their investment right away. Students choose to utilize our booth rental perk when they do not yet have a permanent place to work, or when they prefer to work in the comfort and support of our community of artists.

Cynthia is a skilled lash artist, licensed esthetician, and experienced educator who has turned her passion for lashes into a successful career. Since becoming an instructor at Couture Brows in 2021, she has personally trained and certified over 50 lash artists, helping students build the technique and confidence to begin careers of their own.
Dedicated to continually refining her craft, Cynthia has completed multiple advanced lash trainings and attended industry conventions to stay current with evolving techniques and trends. She brings that knowledge directly into the classroom, giving students the opportunity to learn from an experienced artist and educator who genuinely loves seeing her students succeed.
With over 16 years of experience in makeup artistry, hair, and color, Amelia brings an incredible depth of real-world industry experience to the classroom. Her career as a cosmetologist and independent artist has included working alongside Beyoncé’s team on music videos, campaigns, and the BET Awards, as well as projects with brands including Nike, Air Jordan, Adidas, and Disney.
Now splitting her time between California and Boise, Amelia is bringing her talent and industry knowledge into the classroom. Students have the unique opportunity to learn directly from an accomplished working artist who is passionate about sharing the techniques, creativity, and confidence she’s developed throughout her career.
Lau is a sought-after fine line tattoo artist who has built a successful career and loyal clientele through her signature style and artistry. With over four years of full-time tattooing experience, she is known for her delicate florals, ornamental designs, lettering, and nature-inspired work, with a consistently booked schedule that speaks to the demand for her work.
As an instructor, Lau brings years of hands-on experience, refined technique, and real-world industry knowledge into the classroom. Students have the unique opportunity to learn directly from a successful working artist who understands both the artistry of fine line tattooing and what it takes to build a thriving career behind the machine.
Abigail is a licensed esthetician, permanent makeup artist, and educator who has been working professionally in the beauty industry since 2022. With experience across a variety of esthetic services, she has developed a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating natural, confidence-enhancing results.
In 2025, Abigail expanded her career into education, teaching professional spray tanning and sharing the techniques and industry knowledge she has gained as a working beauty professional. Her approachable teaching style and hands-on experience create a supportive learning environment where students can build their skills, confidence, and foundation for a career of their own.
